Bajiaffi Terms & Conditions — Please Read in Full Before Registering

Bajiaffi (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online betting and gaming service provider. By using this website or app, you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") are deemed to have fully accepted all of the following terms and conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bajiaffi's services.

Bajiaffi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email or SMS. Continued use of the service following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Opening an account on bajiaffi is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Information Required for Registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Active Mobile Number (for OTP verification)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Email Address (optional, but recommended)
• Preferred Payment Method Details

Each member may hold only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use services on bajiaffi:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
• Mental Capacity: Services must be used knowingly and voluntarily.
• No Legal Restrictions: You must not be legally prohibited from using gaming services.
• Own funds: You may only bet with your own money — not with borrowed funds.

Bajiaffi may request a national ID, birth certificate, or passport for age verification. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and any funds held will be returned or forfeited in accordance with legal procedures.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at bajiaffi:

Important deposit conditions:

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using a mobile banking or bank account registered under another person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Bajiaffi may initiate a verification process for any transaction deemed suspicious.
• Deposited funds cannot be refunded under any circumstances, but may be withdrawn (bonus terms apply).

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings. bajiaffi is committed to ensuring a fast and hassle-free withdrawal process at all times.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳ 1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳ 5,00,000
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering).
• Meeting the Wagering Requirement is mandatory before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• For your first withdrawal, identity verification may require an additional 24 hours.

Withdrawal Timeframe:

Bajiaffi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10–30x) before withdrawal.
• Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple Bonuses: Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or accounts belonging to family members will result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• Referral Bonus: Self-referrals or referrals made through fake accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bajiaffi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, bajiaffi's decision shall be final.

The following rules apply to all users when placing bets on bajiaffi:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• Minimum bet: ৳ 10 | Maximum Bet: Determined by account level and market.
• Live betting odds may change after a match begins — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Bajiaffi reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the market rules.
• Deliberately exploiting erroneous odds constitutes "Arbing" and any associated winnings may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajiaffi and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual
• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity
• Betting using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Intimidating, harassing, or defrauding other members
• Attempting to identify security vulnerabilities or hack the platform

To comply with international financial regulations, bajiaffi conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC is mandatory in the following circumstances:

• At the time of the first withdrawal of ৳ 10,000 or more
• When the total account deposit exceeds ৳50,000
• In the case of suspicious transactions
• Account Details Update Time

Required Documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Selfie (holding NID)
• Proof of payment method (mobile banking statement or bank statement)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.

Bajiaffi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Account Closure by Own Request (Self-Exclusion)

To voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure. Inactive accounts may be subject to a ৳100 monthly maintenance fee (if a balance is present).

Bajiaffi is deeply committed to Responsible Gaming. We want every user to enjoy themselves safely and within their limits.

Responsible gaming tools available to members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet limit for any given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Deactivate your account for a set period (from 30 days to permanent).
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a 24–72 hour break to avoid making impulsive decisions.
• Reality Check: You will receive reminders of your session time and spending at set intervals.

Any disputes or complaints will be handled through the following steps:

1. Step 1: Contact our support team directly via live chat or email. An initial response will be provided within 48 hours.
2. Step 2: If your issue remains unresolved through support, please submit a formal complaint form. A senior team will review it within 7 business days.
3. Step 3: If both stages fail to resolve the issue, the option to appoint an independent mediator is available.

In disputes relating to betting outcomes, the decision of bajiaffi's settlement team is final. All correspondence is accepted in English or Bengali.

Bajiaffi shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection
• Issues caused by a fault in your device or software
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems
• Service temporarily disrupted due to an unexpected technical issue
• Losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others

Bajiaffi is committed to continuously improving its service quality. However, 100% uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services during maintenance or in the event of an emergency.

Bajiaffi may review and update these terms and conditions from time to time. In the event of any changes:

• For major changes, you will be notified via SMS or email at least 30 days in advance.
• Minor edits may take effect without prior notice.
• The date of any changes will be noted at the top of the page.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those new terms.
